A small company building one thing carefully
Owned AI makes governed AI software for organizations that answer to someone. The company is in formation and the software is in use. Both of those are true, and this page keeps them straight.

An organization with a federal contribution agreement files the same documents every quarter, a program officer reads hundreds of them, and both sides spend their time on assembly rather than judgement. Generative tools made the assembly fast and made the judgement harder, because nobody could see what the model had read or where it had guessed.
So the product records those two things and then requires a person to sign. That is the whole idea, and it turns out to matter anywhere an organization publishes on behalf of someone else: funders, municipalities, and agencies delivering client work.
We are deliberate about what we do not claim. There is no certification behind this yet, no large team, and no funding announcement. What exists is StreamBuild, paying customers, and a mechanism that has held up in front of funders.
