One standard, three applications, three different stages
StreamBuild is selling today. CivicBuild is dated to 2026. AgencyBuild is in design and has no date. They share the same mechanism, and they are not the same size of promise.
LAST REVIEWED 01 SEP 2026Grant reporting for organizations that report to a funder
Live, in use, and paid for. StreamBuild serves non-profit funding agencies and the organizations they fund.
A funded organization writes the same six documents every quarter, and a program officer at the funder reads two hundred of them. StreamBuild drafts the claim cover note, the variance explanation, the activity report, and the funder email, each with its manifest and a named owner inside the recipient organization.
The funder gets something they did not have before: a claim where the sources are listed and the guesses are marked, so a query goes to one line instead of the whole file.
- F01Claim packagesCover note, variance narrative, and transaction list assembled from the workbook you already keep.
- F02Funder correspondenceEmails drafted against the agreement clause they answer to, signed before they send.
- F03Activity and outcome reportsWritten from event records and attendance, with counts traceable to rows.
- F04Prior filings as contextLast quarter as filed is a source, so language and figures stay consistent.
Two lines moved between categories this quarter, both inside the ten percent limit in s.4.2. The reallocation memo is attached, and the transaction list shows the affected rows.

CivicBuild, for municipalities
A council report is read by a clerk, a council, and anyone who files a records request. Three audiences, one document, and a retention obligation attached to it.
CivicBuild applies the same three parts to council reporting, records retention, and public notices. The design work is done and the first municipal pilot is scheduled. It is not sold yet, and we will not describe it as if it were.
CivicBuild has no colour of its own yet. The bar beside its name is a hairline, and it stays that way until the product has a brand rather than a placeholder.
AgencyBuild, for marketing and contract agencies
Client CRM and project management on the same governance structure, for an agency doing work in someone else's name.
An agency runs campaigns and retained work for its own clients. Every AI-drafted brief, report, or client email arrives with its manifest, its assumptions, and the name of the person at the agency who approved it before it went out.
This is the hardest of the three, because the work leaves the building. The person who signs is at the agency, and the person who reads is at the client. AgencyBuild is in design and has no date. When it has one, this page will say so.
What the parent does and what a product does
Owned AI holds the standard, the mark, and the governance record. Each product holds a domain, a buyer, and its own brand.
One word is worth pinning down, because it appears on this page in two senses. StreamBuild's customers are non-profit funding agencies, which we call funders wherever a sentence could be misread. AgencyBuild's customers are marketing and contract agencies, which we always qualify. If a paragraph on this site says agency without a qualifier, it is a mistake.
Which one is yours
If you report to a funder, StreamBuild is available now. For municipalities and agencies, a conversation now shapes what gets built.
